Thank you for shopping with Security Uniform. We understand that sometimes items don’t work out, so we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Return Portal.
Please note: All custom items or uniforms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s), and if you’re making an exchange, you’ll have the option to select your new item(s) directly in the portal. Any item sent back without first requesting a return through our Return Portal will not be accepted.
Refunds, Store Credit, & Exchanges
All return types will be processed 5-7 business days after the return has been received back to us. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or style through our Return Portal.
Damages & Order Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in great condition. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please go through the Return Portal immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items: Custom uniforms, personalized items, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
If you choose to purchase Returns Coverage at checkout, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
